Schonstedt announces the discontinuation of the XT-512 Sonde and Camera Locator

The XT-512 is a single frequency sonde locator which operates at 512 Hz and offers power cable detection (passive) at 50 or 60 Hz. Schonstedt announces the withdrawal from sale of the Rex LITE Pipe and Cable Locator, effective January 1st, 2022. This announcement does not affect the standard Rex Pipe & Cable Locator, or any other Schonstedt products. Product part numbers affected by this notice: Rex-L33, Rex-L82 MPC-L33, MPC-L82 Service (Update: December 2024) Due to obsolescent parts from electronic component suppliers and manufacturers, Schonstedt has discontinued repair services and parts availability for the Rex LITE.
